• Advised Nord Anglia Education, the leading premium international schools organisation, in relation to Swiss International Scientific School Dubai (SISD) joining its global family of schools.
• Advised a fund in connection with its exit from the strategic partnership and alliance with a leading premium British curriculum school in Dubai.
• Advised GK 12 Education, Singapore-headquartered Global Schools Group (GSG),, in relation to Emirates American School Sharjah (EAS) joining its global family of schools
• Representing Steve Madden on establishing their presence in the GCC region and entering into a joint venture with the Apparel group.
• Representing PATYKA (a French organic cosmetics company) company on establishing its presence in the GCC region and entering into a joint venture with the Chalhoub group.
• Advised on many cross-border acquisitions, mergers and joint venture agreements.
• Represented Accenture Inc., a global professional services company, on acquisition of Bridgei2i (India) adding 800 employees to Accenture’s applied intelligence.
• Represented TATA Consultancy Services, multinational information technology services and consulting company, on strategic offshore joint ventures, such as with Mitsubishi (in Japan), General Electric (in Saudi Arabia) and General Motors (in India), and on strategic offshore acquisitions such as W12 Studios (London) and Bridgepoint (USA).
