Biography

Pallavi has about 10 years of transactional and advisory experience working on a broad range of non-contentious corporate and commercial matters across various sectors.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company she was working as a Counsel with AZB & Partners, Mumbai, one of the premier law firms in India.

Pallavi’s particular strength is her ability to negotiate and draft transactional agreements and providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, particularly in connection with foreign investment into India. Pallavi has worked with a wide range of listed and unlisted international clients as far as transactional work is concerned.

Advised a fund in connection with its exit from the strategic partnership and alliance with a leading premium British curriculum school in Dubai.

Representing Steve Madden on establishing their presence in the GCC region and entering into a joint venture with the Apparel group.
Representing PATYKA (a French organic cosmetics company) company on establishing its presence in the GCC region and entering into a joint venture with the Chalhoub group.
Advised on many cross-border acquisitions, mergers and joint venture agreements.
Represented Accenture Inc., a global professional services company, on acquisition of Bridgei2i (India) adding 800 employees to Accenture’s applied intelligence.
