Nour is a Senior Associate specializing in corporate structuring and transactional matters across the UAE and the wider GCC region.
A member of the Beirut Bar Association, Nour brings extensive experience in advising clients on complex corporate and regulatory issues, demonstrating a deep understanding of UAE laws, precedents, and regulatory frameworks.
Nour’s practice encompasses advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, and beneficial ownership compliance.
He has played a key role in restructuring projects involving UAE free zones and regulatory authorities, and has provided strategic guidance on regulatory strategy, external communications, and engagement with governmental and quasi-governmental bodies.
In addition, Nour has successfully drafted and negotiated various commercial agreements, including Memoranda of Association, Shareholder Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements and Sale and Purchase Agreements. He has also advised on the design and implementation of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and other incentive structures, supporting clients through all stages of corporate transactions and business restructuring.
