Biography
Nawaf is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial department based in Riyadh and graduated from King Saud University.
Nawaf has experience advising on transactional and advisory experience working on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious corporate and commercial matters, including (corporate structuring, capital markets, compliance, and mergers & acquisitions)

- Advised and provided guidance to foreign investors in their setup in KSA as well as relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Advised Mayar Holding Company on obtaining Capital Market Authority approval for direct listing on Nomu-Parallel Market.
- Advised MMC Financial Company on their setup in KSA by incorporating a Joint Stock Company.
- Advised foreign law firms on their setup in KSA by obtaining the relevant licenses and approvals.
- Assisted on advising an insurance listed company on a potential merger with another insurance listed company.
- Assisted on conducting a legal due-diligence of a government-owned entity in relation to a potential transaction.
