With over 11 years of experience, Midya has developed extensive expertise in international and corporate tax matters, with a particular focus on corporate structuring for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), family businesses, and multinational groups.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Midya worked for a prestigious tax consulting firm in Dubai and Sweden where she was focusing on corporate taxation and private client services including regional and cross-border tax matters including establishing business, transparency, restructuring of ownership, setting up Family Office, succession planning by using trust / foundation and asset protection.
