Since joining Al Tamimi & Company in 2017, Lina has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the KSA legal landscape through practicing in different areas of law, including Litigation, Arbitration, Corporate Structuring, Corporate Commercial, Regulatory and Government Projects.
Being a member of the Dispute Resolution department allowed Lina to work on a variety of mandates, including providing pre-litigation advisory, as well as advising on litigation and ADR strategy and procedures, enforceability of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, and investigations and violations in connection with the different KSA Laws. She also has experience in advising on strategic government regulatory projects and corporate commercial mandates.
Lina is appointed as the focal point of contact for many individual, corporate, and government clients and is responsible for managing different clients’ files.
