Khadija Hussain is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Structuring team at the Dubai office. She has worked on multiple structuring transactions with extensive advisory on design and implementation. She specializes in free zone structuring work: design, incorporation, transfer of domicile, in respect of numerous free zones such as Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, Dubai World trade Centre, Jebel Ali free Zone and mainland entities.
Khadija has also been advising clients in relation to foreign investment and the beneficial ownership regime, in the UAE.
Since joining Al Tamimi, Khadija has assisted in advising on corporate and regulatory compliance, due diligence on corporate entities, commercial agreements, share purchase agreements, memorandum and articles of association and their amendments, change of directors and officers of companies and has undertaken administrative procedures to implement change in the corporate forms and reorganization.
