Jennifer is an England and Wales qualified lawyer within the Employment & Incentives practice. She advises clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including recruitment, employee on-boarding (together with immigration considerations), contract drafting, company policies, performance management, investigations, disciplinary proceedings, mutual separation, termination, restrictive covenants, Emiratization and discrimination. She has extensive experience in providing HR advisory services both onshore, across the UAE’s free zones (including DIFC and ADGM), and the wider Gulf region.
Prior to moving to UAE, Jennifer was a criminal defence specialist, representing clients charged with serious crimes across the courts of England and Wales.
