Hassan has over 35 years of experience in a wide range of litigation matters, 27 of which working in Kuwait. His litigation expertise encompasses many areas of practice including Commercial, Civil, and Criminal Law.
He has represented clients in a wide range of contentious matters including Construction, Capital Market, Commercial Agency, Administrative cases, and Financial Crimes.

- Represented a Kuwaiti company in a construction matter relating to Sheikh Saad Al Abdallah military Academy worth more than USD 400 million.
- Represented a Kuwaiti company in a construction matter related to Jahra Hospital worth more than USD 16 million.
- Represented a Kuwaiti company in a construction matter related to Sheikh Abdallah Saad complex worth more than USD 65 million.
- Represented a Kuwaiti company in a construction matter related to the prosecution complex of the Ministry of Justice worth more than USD 70 million.
- Represented a Kuwaiti company in a construction matter related to Al Farwaneya Security Directorate clients in USD 28 million.
- Represented clients in major civil matters relating to the fish farms of the Cultivation authority and insurance matters.
