Biography
Amin is an Associate in our Corporate Commercial team, based in Abu Dhabi, covering corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions and corporate structuring across the UAE.
Amin completed the firm’s England & Wales training contract and has worked closely with our international, regional and domestic clients gaining exposure in a range of matters from advising on local corporate governance to assisting multi- jurisdiction acquisitions spanning across the Middle East.
Recent Experience
- Advising a global marketing and communications company on its acquisition of a holding company with multiple subsidiaries across the Middle East, including in the UAE, KSA and Bahrain.
- Advising local private and listed public joint stock companies on various corporate governance matters, including Talabat Holding plc in relation to its general assembly and compliance with Abu Dhabi Global Market and Securities & Commodities Authority regulations.
- Advising a Swedish company listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange on its acquisition of a group of companies specialising in the manufacture of electrical systems for military applications.
- Advising a German industrial gases and engineering company on its proposed acquisition of ten target companies across the MENA region.
- Advising a leading venue development and premium hospitality company on its acquisition of catering businesses in the UAE.
- Advising local and international clients on the establishment of their business operations in the Abu Dhabi Global Market and onshore in Abu Dhabi, including assistance with corporate structuring, licensing and regulatory compliance.
