Ahmed is a Senior Associate within the Corporate Structuring Department in Al Tamimi & Company’s Kuwait office. He has transactional and advisory experience and advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial work involving both contentions and non-contentious matters.
Furthermore, Ahmed advises local and multinational clients on a variety of legal issues of corporate and commercial nature including due diligence, M&A transactions, corporate structuring and restructurings.
Ahmed specialises on drafting share purchase agreements, subcontract agreements, assignment agreements, buy-sell agreements, management service agreements, services agreement, and partner and shareholders agreements.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company in September 2012, he was an Associate at Abdullah Khalid Al-Ayoub Law Firm in Kuwait where he has represented and acted with respect to many issues pertaining to corporate transactions, civil, commercial and general law.
