Biography

Tammam Jazmati is a bilingual dispute resolution practitioner practicing in the firm’s Dispute Resolution department. Tammam has heavily been involved in dispute resolution practice and contentious matters whether in form of litigation before the UAE Courts, including the DIFC Courts, or in form of domestic and international arbitration before institutional arbitral centers including DIAC, DIFC-LCIA and ICC, and ad hoc arbitral tribunals.

Tammam specializes in providing dispute resolution and advisory services on various complex and cross-border banking, finance, and commercial disputes, distribution and agency disputes, partnership and shareholders disputes, and liquation and bankruptcy disputes. Tammam is also heavily involved in enforcement and annulment of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Tammam practiced law in reputable law firms in Dubai, where he worked on a vast variety of litigation and arbitration commercial disputes.
