Sara has over 2 years of experience advising on the formation of companies, including branches, representative offices of foreign companies, and free zone entities. She has provided comprehensive legal counsel on corporate licensing, regulatory compliance, and strategies to ensure alignment between commercial activities and applicable laws.
She has expertise in drafting and reviewing a wide range of corporate and commercial documents, including incorporation papers, shareholder agreements, sale and purchase agreements, investment agreements, and master service agreements. Additionally, Sara has supported negotiations for commercial agreements and engaged in intricate projects involving corporate restructuring, regulatory due diligence, and the drafting and negotiation of project documents.
