Rachel is an Irish qualified lawyer and chartered tax advisor with over 15 years’ experience on tax matters.
She advises international and regional clients, including large multinationals, private equity firms, investment funds, family offices and high net worth individuals on a wide range of tax issues with a particular focus on international tax structuring, inward investment, mergers and acquisitions, IP planning and group reorganisations.
Rachel has advised clients operating across all sectors including education, financial services, infrastructure, retail and consumer, life sciences and technology.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a partner at an international law firm in Dubai where she led the Middle East tax practice, and before that she was a partner in one of the largest full-service law firms in Ireland.
Rachel is an officer on the IBA Taxes Committee and regularly speaks on panels on international tax matters.
