Muhammad is a senior Egyptian counsel with a wide experience ranging from commercial law M&A, real estate, hospitality, litigation, construction, corporate, and work through real estate developments and construction to real estate financing. Having admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association in 2007, Muhammad spent 6 years in different local law firms in Alexandria, Egypt covering a wide range of commercial deals and litigation. In 2012, Muhammad joined one of the elite law firms in Alexandria covering a wide range of corporate, construction deals before joining Techno Engineering & Associates Middle East in Doha, Qatar. During his time with TE&A, Muhammad has acquired a reliable background in FIDIC contracts. In 2015 Muhammad joined Al Faisal Holding/Al Rayyan Tourism Investment (ARTIC).
Muhammad has been paired with some of ARTIC’s brightest minds for promoting his advancement through direct involvement inter alia in complex legal transactions, matters of financing, real estate M&A and hospitality and other contractual matters. His hard work and determination lead to his involvement in some of ARTIC’s most prominent projects. Ever since joining ARTIC, Muhammad had been exposed to a variety of different mega deals in the real estate, M&A, hospitality, financing sectors and litigation associated with real estate and hospitality sectors, such as, among others – negotiating sale and purchase agreements, real estate financing agreements, hotel management agreements, residential branding and operating agreements. In addition to the above, Muhammad was exposed to different corporate matters within the group.
