Mostafa joined the Kuwait office of Al Tamimi & Company in 2019. He advises international, regional and domestic clients on corporate structuring and restructuring related matters including advising on FDI options. Mostafa regularly advises on trust structures in Kuwait and works closely with regulatory bodies and ministries in Kuwait, such as the Competition Protection Agency, KDIPA, Central Bank of Kuwait, Ministry of Commerce and Industry on a wide array of corporate commercial and structuring matters, including licensing, approvals and exemptions, manpower and financial requirements.
In over 15 years of professional legal advisory work in Kuwait, Mostafa has gained extensive experience in corporate services in Kuwait including registration and establishment of entities, share transfers and asset transfers, nominee arrangements, sale purchase agreements, share mortgage agreements, personal guarantees, increases and decreases in capital, drafting and amending constitutional documents.
