Mohammad Al Hamadi is a Senior Associate in the Litigation practice in Dubai. Before joining Al Tamimi & Company, Mohammad worked at the Dubai Public Prosecution for over ten years working closely with prosecutors at all stages of criminal proceedings including investigations, interrogations, referring cases to the criminal courts and preparing for trial. Mohammed has an extensive experience in handling criminal matters and assisting clients with filing criminal complaints, advising clients in relation to investigations and handling criminal trials. He represented the firm’s clients in numerous criminal cases before the Police, Public Prosecution and UAE Criminal Courts of all levels, up to the Court of Cassation.
