Biography

Mohammad is an Associate at Al Tamimi & Company, based in the Amman office. His practice focuses on litigation and arbitration, with particular experience in commercial, maritime, logistics, transport, construction, and employment disputes. He has represented both regional and international clients across various sectors before Jordanian courts and arbitral tribunals.

In addition to dispute resolution, Mohammad advises on investment regulations and due diligence related to the establishment of holding entities in Jordan. He regularly assists with contract drafting, bylaw preparation, and the issuance of legal opinions on both domestic and cross-border matters.

Mohammad holds an LL.B. with distinction from the University of Jordan and is a member of the Jordanian Bar Association.
