Mohamed joined Al Tamimi & Company in July 2021 as an Associate in the Litigation Department of the Kuwait office. Mohamed is known as a results-focused attorney, involved in advocacy and advisory work that includes representation before court, giving legal advices, drafting agreements and preparing defense strategies.
Before joining Al Tamimi & Company, Mohamed practiced as a Dispute Resolution attorney in Egypt. Mohamed’s experience includes International Arbitration (Investment & Commercial), Intellectual Property Rights (Drafting agreements & Litigation), Complex Commercial Litigation, White Collar (Financial Crimes). Mohamed also has previous experience in Sports & Entertainment Law, which includes advising athletes, sporting clubs and media entities, negotiating and drafting sponsorship agreements, representing athletes before different authorities and federations.
