Modher is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Practice. He represented clients in different matters such as registering the companies in Iraq with the Ministry of Trade, Taxation Authority and other directorates.
He has practiced law in Iraq since 1999, he has extensive experience in corporate to incorporate the companies in Iraq whether by the local or international shareholder and arrange with the relevant directorates regarding the approvals. In 2006, he obtained master in Public Law from the St. Clements University, and in 2011 he obtained B.H Degree in International Law. He extended his experience in the field of the corporate practice.
