Mahmoud is a qualified attorney-at-law. He handles litigation matters in particular, banking, commercial, real estate and intellectual property disputes.
His work comprises, but is not limited to, conducting legal research, drafting writs of lawsuits, cease and desist letters, notification and warning letters, memorandums of defense, writs of appeals and cassation, and all other litigation documents in different types of courts and he has represented major banks in various cases before the courts.
Mahmoud has wide experience in handling lawsuits relating to private and retail banking disputes; investment banking and structured finance disputes; trade finance disputes (including letters of credit, performance bonds, guarantees and bills of exchange); margin lending; recovery; asset finance; foreclosure cases (including other enforcement cases); disputes related to the title of a property; sale and purchase transactions; rent arrears delays; commercial and residential purpose use of the property and trademarks and copyright infringement claims.
