Loai has several years of experience advising on a broad range of legal matters, with a primary focus on civil and criminal litigation. He has particular expertise in insurance claims, labor law, property law, maritime law, and commercial litigation, in addition to contract drafting and providing tailored legal advice. Loai also specialises in managing legal teams and promoting collaboration to ensure efficient case management and high-quality client service. He is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution sector group.

Loai is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), reflecting his strong interest and capability in alternative dispute resolution.
