Associate lawyer with a diverse legal background and over 3 years of experience across multiple sectors, including litigation, legislative drafting, and regulatory advisory work. Skilled in handling complex cases in employment, contract, maritime, telecommunications, and financial fraud law.

Extensive experience working within Saudi Arabia’s legislative framework, collaborating with both private and public entities on infrastructure and technology-related projects, as well as international commercial disputes.

Demonstrated proficiency in drafting laws and bylaws, analyzing regulatory compliance issues, and delivering strategic legal counsel in high-stakes environments. Known for a strategic, solutions-focused approach and a strong commitment to legal excellence and ethical standards in all aspects of practice.

Recent Experience

As a member of the dispute resolution team, I handle and manage case files, including drafting documents and attending court hearings across various areas of law, such as employment, civil, and criminal litigation.
In my role within the commercial and corporate department, I successfully incorporate and license several types of entities, including private shareholding companies, and obtain all necessary post-registration licenses.
I implement share transfers for complex corporate structures and manage the drafting of all required documentation for successful transfers. Additionally, I provide advisory services to numerous clients on their day-to-day corporate matters, including prominent organizations such as Maersk/Jordan and Bolt.
I also assist the Jordan team while collaborating with teams in Qatar and Saudi Arabia on the acquisition of multiple companies. This process involves conducting a multi-jurisdictional due diligence undertaking and preparing reports for the buyer, as well as reviewing and localizing a joint share purchase agreement in accordance with the regulations of all relevant jurisdictions.
