Hanna is an Associate at Al Tamimi and Company’s Corporate Commercial practice in Riyadh.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi’s Riyadh practice, Hanna worked in practices in New York State, as Legal Counsel in Chalhoub Group’s Dubai office, and in Al Tamimi’s Company Corporate Commercial Practice in Dubai.

Hanna has experience in a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate structuring, competition, and advisory work.
