Clive assists lawyers on the Regulatory, Healthcare and Life Sciences team deal with matters that involve both foreign and local private and government clients. Matters that Clive has worked on include the regulatory compliance of products being imported into the region with local and internationally approved standards and assisting all stakeholders within the healthcare sector in the region to comply with the UAE healthcare law, circulars, policies, guidance and standards, set by the federal and emirate level government departments and sector regulatory bodies.
