Bradley is a dispute resolution specialist with extensive cross-border experience. He has advised clients on a number of complex and high-profile disputes, in both common law and civil law jurisdictions. He has represented clients in arbitrations before major arbitral institutions, as well as ad hoc, in several of the leading global arbitration hubs (including London, KSA, and the UAE).
Bradley acts for both local and international clients, advising on local and international laws and procedures and representing them in court and arbitration proceedings. In addition, Bradley has considerable experience advising clients in relation to complex disputes and dispute avoidance including litigation, arbitration and mediation.
