Biography
Bashayer Al-ahbabi is a Senior Associate at Al Tamimi’s Dispute Resolution team in Qatar.
Bashayer graduated from Qatar University College of Law and has right of audience before the Qatari courts. She has been involved in high-profile litigation matters in relation to construction, commercial agencies, trademarks, debt recovery, employment and real estate.
Recent Experience
- United Development Company – TaliaMare related to rent disputes at the Pearl-Qatar and real estate transactions including construction/acquisition of a property, financing, leasing and operations.
- Assist in representing a prominent Qatari corporation in a complex construction dispute seated in Qatar under the ICC arbitration rules.
- Assist in representing Masraf Alrayan in case related to Bank facilities dispute.
- Assist and draft legal advice and opinions in respect of Qatari law
- Represent clients in several criminal cheques related cases.
