Biography
Antonis is an Associate in the Corporate Structuring and Corporate Commercial teams in Riyadh.
He has accumulated significant experience in corporate and commercial matters, having worked with various international clients. His practice area covers mainly corporate structuring and licensing work.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Antonis was a senior associate with a law firm in Nicosia, Cyprus.

- Advised international clients in the incorporation and structuring of their businesses in KSA, as well as relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Advised international client on business transfer agreement.
- Advised international client on joint-venture agreement and joint-venture company setup.
