Anton is a Corporate/M&A Partner, based in Dubai. He is an English, Russian and New York law qualified lawyer with over two decades of international experience advising on complex corporate, regulatory (including sanctions), infrastructure and commercial matters.

Anton advises on high-profile corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, as well as a broad range of general corporate and regulatory issues. He has acted for clients across sectors including oil and gas, TMT, financial institutions and manufacturing, often on cross-border matters involving multiple jurisdictions.
