Angela Petrevska is a UK-qualified lawyer with nine years’ experience at a leading City law firm in London. As a senior associate specializing in private M&A, she advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, buyouts and corporate restructurings.

Angela works with clients across the technology, real estate, life sciences and consumer & retail sectors. She regularly acts for a diverse client base—from multinational corporates and management teams to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors—on complex cross-border and domestic transactions.
