Biography
Ameerah Salah is an English and Wales Solicitor having diverse experience in the corporate commercial field .She has diverse experience in the legal field, specifically relating to the corporate structuring, corporate commercial and advisory services.
Before joining Al Tamimi & Company, Ameerah served as a paralegal at Almoayed Chambers, one of Bahrain’s premier law firms. She gained over two years of advisory experience working on a variety of different commercial arrangements such as franchise deals, service agreements, property development and management agreements. She has also worked within teams who have represented owners and contractors on the resolution of disputes arising out of international construction and engineering projects

- Advised on joint venture arrangements in KSA involving GAC filings, restructuring deals.
- Advised on corporate restructurings that involved conversions of the company’s legal type and sale of shares.
- Assisted on a number of corporate dealings such as drafting and amending memorandum of associations, resolutions, powers of attorney, and corresponded with regulators and authorities.
- Assisted on a number of due diligences for a variety of corporate restructurings, sale and merger transactions.
- Assisted on many cross-border acquisitions, mergers and joint venture agreements.
- Assisted on share purchase agreements of companies that include both asset sales and share sales.
