Ahmed Tawfik is an Associate within the Corporate Structuring department at our Egypt Office.
He began his journey with the firm in 2021 as an intern in Corporate Structuring, where his dedication, meticulous attention to detail, and pursuit of excellence quickly became evident.
Following his internship, Ahmed transitioned to the role of public prosecutor in 2022, gaining invaluable insights into the intricacies of the criminal justice system while refining his litigation skills. During this time, he handled a diverse array of cases, showcasing a profound understanding of legal procedures and regulations.
Drawing from his experience as a public prosecutor, Ahmed made the decision to rejoin Al Tamimi, this time as an Associate in the Corporate Structuring team. In his current capacity, he adeptly guides clients through complex legal frameworks, offering strategic counsel on corporate matters.
