Ahmed Hassan is an Associate within the Transport and Insurance practice group of Al Tamimi & Company in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Ahmed worked for an international maritime law firm in London where he gained a wealth of experience working with shipowners, charterers and insurers across a range of maritime disputes governed by English law. Ahmed was also a member of that firm’s sanctions team, where he advised on the application and interpretation of UK and EU sanctions.
Ahmed also spent over 5 years in-house with a leading ship owner and operator in London, working on the full spectrum of shipping issues, including sale and purchase transactions, projects, insurance and claims.
