Al Tamimi & Company appoints top corporate partner to lead Qatar office

Al Tamimi & Company, the largest law firm in the Middle East, has announced the appointment of Head of IPOs Mohamed Khodeir to lead the Qatar office. He is currently a corporate partner in the firm’s Dubai office and he will lead the office in Doha with immediate effect.

Mohamed joined Al Tamimi in 2006, having previously qualified and then practiced in Egypt and in Kuwait. He advises corporate, institutional, government and international clients on corporate, securities, banking, tax, labour, dispute resolution and regulatory issues and he has been extensively involved in major M&A and IPO transactions throughout the region.

Mohamed has been repeatedly chosen as one of the region’s leading corporate lawyers in the Asialaw Leading Lawyers Survey.
