Read the full editionSince joining Al Tamimi, Sherif has been involved in many sophisticated corporate structuring and restructuring deals in the United Arab Emirates and the region. He has also advised extensively on optimal structures for doing business in the region. Sherif is a core member of teams advising investors and private equity firms on restructuring group companies for investment and private placement. The sectors in which Sherif has advised clients include aviation, oil and gas, shipping, hospitality, media and entertainment, information technology, health care, education, labour supply, manufacturing, real estate and development and labor supply. In all matters where he has advised clients on corporate structuring or restructuring, Sherif has lead the implementation of firm’s advice.
Before joining Al Tamimi, Sherif worked with a local UAE law firm and gained diverse experience in corporate, litigation, property and employment matters and other related agreements and contracts.
Sherif has the right of audience in Egypt and represented many clients before different types of courts in Egypt before relocating to the UAE.
