She has the right of attendance before Bahraini Courts up to the Cassation and Constitutional Courts which are the highest courts in Bahrain. She has advised and represented local and international clients including banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, oil & gas, construction companies and other commercial local companies in both litigation and arbitration disputes. She has consistently advised and represented government, semi-government as well as private clients in relation to ad hoc and institutional arbitration, international and domestic arbitration proceedings.
Noor’s experience includes acting and advising on general banking and commercial law arbitrations, compliance and regulatory matters, contractual disputes, maritime law, banking disputes, commercial agency matters, court procedures, emergency measures, injunctive reliefs.
