Now and as a member at the litigation department of Al Tamimi & Company, Mohamed is handling all aspects of litigation cases which vary from the initial instructions from our clients, case strategizing, collecting evidence, drafting and filing statement of claims and defense memorandum up to the follow-ups on the attendance before the UAE courts to oversee the conduct of the case so as to ensure the efficient handling of all cases. As many of the clients are non-Arabic speaking, Mohamed acts as the point of contact between them, the national courts, and other local authorities.
