He has practiced law in Iraq since 1999, he has extensive experience in corporate structure to incorporate the companies in Iraq whether by the local or international shareholder and arrange with the relevant directorates regarding the approvals. In 2011, he obtained master in Public Law from the St. Clements University. He extended his experience in the field of the corporate structure.
