Farah Ramzy is an Associate in the Corporate Structuring in Egypt and a member of the Sports & Events Management practice. Farah is also professional volleyball player.
Farah has joined the firm in 2016. Prior to this she worked for Tahoun Law firm in 2015.
Farah provided advice to foreign companies starting their business in the Egyptian market (including establishment procedures, labour requirements and general tax implications). Farah has experience in inland companies and partnerships advising clients on matters of structuring, maintenance, and liquidation, moreover, in advising on the Egyptian Labour Law and drafting of employment contracts. Additionally, Farah has experience in advising on and preparing all documentation necessary for corporate secretarial work for corporations in Egypt (including boards and general assemblies).
Farah assisted in advising multinational companies in respect of labour issues including termination of employment contracts and providing amicable solutions. She also provides continuous advice to foreign companies on the labour requirements and issuance of work permits.
Farah has handled the registration proceedings for several international entities wishing to export their products to Egypt.

- An A US headquartered multinational toy company. Assisting the Company to register its products, trademarks and distribution centers to exports their products to Egypt.
- Juniper Networks, an American multinational corporation that develops and markets networking products. Assisting the Company and preparing all documentation necessary for corporate secretarial work.
