Aruna Mukherji is an Associate in our Real Estate practice. She is an Indian qualified lawyer with a corporate commercial law background. She trained with India’s top tier law firm, Amarchand Mangaldas Suresh Shroff & Associates and was admitted to the Indian Bar in 2006.
Aruna joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, London after completing her LLM and worked with the corporate team with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions in India. Thereafter in 2008, Aruna returned to India to join Trilegal and continued to gain experience in corporate commercial law.
In March 2013, Aruna joined the real estate practice of Al Tamimi & Company and she has since then been extensively involved in all aspects of real estate, including advising on landlord and tenancy disputes, property disputes, transactional due diligence, property development, commercial and residential leases.
