Roberto has over twenty years’ experience and has worked in Qatar since 2008, mainly in private practice but with some in-house experience, for clients in various sectors, including large corporates, TMT, infrastructure and financial services. He has advised clients both in private and public sectors, within and outside the GCC, on matters relating to English, Qatar and QFC law.
Roberto is a dual Italian/South African citizen who has worked at a boutique firm in South Africa, a regional firm in Romania as well as various regional and global firms in. While in Qatar he has also worked in an in-house role at Al Jazeera Media Network from 2015 to 2017, attending to and managing substantial media and technology projects. Roberto is qualified to practice under South African as well as English Law.
