Biography
Nick has over 25 years’ experience the majority in the Middle East region. Nick is highly regarded and experienced in leading cross border and domestic M&A and capital markets transactions and advising on corporate law issues and corporate governance. Has worked in the UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabian markets.
Nick is a founder member of the Oxford Blockchain Foundation.
