Musab is an Associate in the Banking & Finance practice in Qatar.
He has about five years of legal experience in Pakistan, Oman and Qatar working on a broad range of matters. He joined the firm in August 2018 and has since been primarily involved with regulatory matters, general advisory work and lending transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Musab worked in one of the oldest law firms in Oman where he advised local and foreign clients on range of issues as diverse as banking, telecommunications, corporate and M&A, and real estate. He has also worked at a top-tier law firm in Pakistan where he was involved in transactional and advisory work in relation to banking (both conventional and Islamic), corporate and M&A, joint ventures, capital markets, and investments and divestments. In addition, he also worked as an in-house legal counsel for one of the firm’s banking clients in Qatar as part of his secondment.

- A regional business conglomerate on offering of instalment sale options in respect of automobiles to its customers in Qatar.
- Financial services arm of a construction machinery and equipment company on offering of credit facility on cross-border basis to its Qatar based client for purchase of construction machinery.
