Biography

Mohamed is a bilingual lawyer who has over 5 years’ experience at reputable law firms in UAE & Egypt, where he worked on a fundamental amount of litigation and arbitration cases for top-tier companies.

He has particular experience in various practice areas, including Civil, Commercial, IP, Construction, Real-Estate, Insurance, Labour, and Rental laws.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Mohamed served several years as an intellectual property (IP) specialist at a governmental agency in Egypt, where he gained exceptional experience in IP.

He also completed legal courses from different international organizations (FIDIC, WIPO & WTO).
