Malek joined Al Tamimi’s Transport & Insurance team as a senior counsel.
He is a qualified attorney and has a particular interest in commercial litigation, insurance, aviation and telecommunications laws. Malek has represented a large number of foreign and local companies, banks and financial institutions in a wide range of cases before local courts relating to insurance claims, supply contracts, banking transactions. His practice includes contentious and non- contentious matters.
Malek routinely advises local and foreign clients regarding their legal standing in potential claims and disputes, in addition to the pre-litigation measures and the best course of action to be taken in anticipation for future disputes. Malek also advises numerous local and international airlines, law firms and insurers in relation to passenger, cargo, third party claims and recovery actions.
Previously, Malek was a senior associate at Ali Sharif Z’ubi Advocates & Legal Consultants, one of the leading law firms in Jordan. He was the lead associate in employment and telecommunications matters before joining their litigation team as a senior associate.
