Khaled has over 8 years’ experience advising international and local businesses of various industries on corporate and regulatory matters. He has particular expertise in corporate structuring and M&A transactions.
Khaled’s experience is diversified, and it includes aviation, oil & gas and energy. He advised a number of aviation companies on leasing arrangements of series of aircrafts, as well as on the optimal corporate structure for investment companies in the region.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi he was an in-house counsel for a leading government entity mandated with a strategic nuclear power project in the UAE. He was also the legal counsel for a private equity company with over 30 subsidiary where he advised on the optimal structure of the newly incorporated subsidiaries, and on a broad range of corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as JV agreements, hotel management agreement, and facility operation agreement.
