Read the full reportJustin is a Senior Associate in Al Tamimi & Company’s Arbitration department. He is admitted to practice law in the United States (New York), England & Wales and Italy. During his career, Justin has advised prominent corporate entities in cross-border disputes in several jurisdictions concerning construction, real estate, sale of goods, oil & gas, M&A, distribution and franchise agreements. He has handled over two dozen arbitrations administered by various arbitration centres (i.e., ICC, LCIA, DIFC-LCIA, DIAC, ADCCAC, FIFA, CAS and CAM), as well as ad-hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL rules.
Justin began his legal career at BonelliErede in Milan (Italy) in 2014, before moving to Dubai (UAE) in 2020.
Justin is a committee member of the MENA Sub-Committee for Greener Arbitrations. He is also a member of the Rising Arbitrators Initiative (RAI).
Justin is a frequent contributor to, among others, LexisNexis Middle East and was given the “Arbitration Author Award” in 2020.
