Biography

Ghadah is a licensed lawyer by the Ministry of Justice focusing her experience in banking & finance transactions, having worked in drafting and issuing legal opinions on capacity, authority and enforceability, drafting of guarantees for financing companies, advising on the establishing of several foreign companies in Saudi Arabia, providing legal advices in relation to the regulations of the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia (SAMA) and the Capital Market Authority.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi Ghadah was working in the Capital Market Authority and the corporate and commercial department one of the largest law firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  • Assisting Companies in connection with its CMA and SAMA licenses.
  • Assisting the HSBC with their retail and corporate legal opinions;
  • Assisting in drafting of documents for global investment banks in relation to commercial transactions, such as Murabaha, Tawaruq and Ijarah agreements.
  • Assisting in drafting of financial transaction documents for individuals and companies, including facility and loan agreements.
  • Advising global investment banks on providing securities activities in the KSA, including marketing of foreign investment funds or other securities issued by foreign entities.
