Elias is an Australian lawyer who holds a practising certificate in the State of New South Wales, having completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2018. He is the holder of a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics and International Relations, from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
