- Advised and represented Saudi and international companies in establishing/liquidating corporate entities and branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Advised a major joint stock company in the shareholders’ assemblies with amending the bylaws of the Company and drafting related documents.
- Advised and represented several companies in a variety of litigation cases locally and internationally.
