Read the full editionAbdulkarim is a Senior Associate in the Litigation department in Qatar. He advises primarily on litigation before the Qatari courts on disputes pertaining to construction, facility agreements and distributorship agreements.
Before joining the firm, Abdulkarim worked for more than 9 years as a Senior Associate at one of the leading law firms in Syria (Serkis Law Firm). His practice focused on advising and representing banks, insurers and financial companies, amongst others, in a wide variety of litigation matters concerning commercial and civil disputes before the courts.
He also has commercial experience in drafting and reviewing agreements relating to banking and finance, intellectual property, real estate, tenancy, employment, agency as well as IT.
